Spur Economics (spureconomics.com) offers digital downloads, online classes, webinars, offline workshops, video tutorials, courses and online learning material through Blogs. The purchase of all digital products and services is subject to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Classes, Webinars and Workshops

  • The first class of every module is free. This applies to one-on-one classes and group classes. Users will be asked to make payment or purchase the modules after the first free class. Users will have the choice to cancel further classes after the first free class. Users can cancel and claim a full or 100% refund if they have not attended any class after the first free class. No refunds or cancellations will be made after the users have scheduled and attended the second class.
  • If the users have purchased and scheduled a webinar for their students/employees/institution or themselves, the list of participants and their e-mails must be provided before the scheduled date of the webinar. Any participants who are unable to attend the webinar may cancel and claim a full refund equal to the amount paid by the absent participant. The refund amount will be equal to the per-participant cost of the webinar. No refunds will be made to the participants who are present at the webinar. A full refund may be made to the participants if the webinar is cancelled by the users before the scheduled date of the webinar.
  • For offline workshops, the payment or purchase of the workshop must be completed at least 1 week prior to the scheduled date of the workshop. The users may cancel the offline workshop 3 days before the scheduled date and claim a full refund. No refunds or cancellations will be made if the users fail to cancel the offline workshop 3 days before the scheduled date. For example, if the scheduled date is March 25, the workshop must be cancelled prior to March 22 to get a full refund. This is necessary because the offline workshops involve expenses (such as travel expenses) and must be cancelled at least 3 days before the scheduled date of the workshop.
